Got a letter from M1 offering me Sony Ericsson k300i for only $18 if I extend a 2 year contract with them. In addition, I get to have a $10 rebate in my bill every month for 1 yr. This rebate is regardless if I buy the phone, just as long as I extend the contract.
I'm also looking for a new phone as my current SE T630 camera picture quality is too bad for blogging. Add to it that my sister's phone has also just gone bonkers. So I decide to go take a look at the k300i.
The M1 shop do not let me try out the camera function of the k300i, so I would not know if the camera picture is really better. And it's the last phone in their stock. I know that the k700i, which cost $198, is good enough for me. But I am quite tempted to get the k750i, which cost $598. My budget is actually $100.
Guess what's my choice?
I bought the k750i using my Standard Chartered Credit Card in installments of 6 months, meaning about $100 a month. I had wanted to get the k700i in installments, but there is a minimum of $200 purchase for the installment, and I am not willing to come up with $200 upfront....
I am so so so poor now.
