She was sitting in a white Mini Cooper yesterday. It supposedly scores well in the safety rating. The car was travelling on a difficult road. They say there's not much accident on the road, but when there's one, it's mostly fatal.
Her car was knocked from behind and the air bag in the dashboard did not activate and her head knocked against the dashboard and went into coma. They suspected that she did not put on her seatbelt as it would have prevented her head from knocking the dashboard.

Show how I do it:
First, add in the following javascript.<script type="text/javascript">

2nd, edit your display of archive to<BloggerArchives>
<script type="text/javascript">
displayArchive("<$BlogArchiveURL$>", "<$BlogArchiveName$>");
</script>

3rd, create 3 style classes named calendarTable, calendarYr and calendarMth. calendarYr is to specify how the overall table should look. eg. You can set the border and background colour.calendarYr is to specify how the Year should look. eg. The fonts, colours, borders, background, etc.calendarMth is similar to calendarYr, except that it is to specify how the Month should look.
eg.<style>
.calendarYr {
border: 0px;
padding: 0px
font-weight: bold;
}
.calendarMth {
border: 0px;
padding: 0px 6px 0px 0px;
}
.calendarTable {
border: 1px solid #000000;
}
</style>![]()

This Denis Ng guy say that housing loan is a good loan. While we should strive towards being debt free, housing loan should be the last that we clear. When you have the spare cash, should invest it rather than paying it off. Read the article to find out why he say so. I am not endorsing his view, I am not qualified to say whether what he say is good or not. Just to provide you guys some food for thought.

With a corny name like Mouth of Truth, I don't think there's much credibility to the machine. Seems like trying to hard to sound exotic. And how do a mouth look?

We played 2 frames each. The first frame I got 94 points. The second frame I think I did better, but it's still 94 points.
I am TM, the 4th bowler. Looking at my scores, you'll know what a big waste I am...

This link supposedly gives you 40% off 1 book. Valid till tomorrow. My friend told me he just bought a book, so I guess should be for real...
Update (The next day): I printed the page and all set to go claim it after my soccer session. Then I forgot to bring it along...

For the test stations, I always have problems with my chin-up and 2.4km. I should not have any problems with passing 2.4km after going all the RT sessions. The chin-ups remains a problem. For this test, I managed 3. I need 4 to pass. Too bad.
After failing my chin-up, I don't really have to finish my 2.4km, I only need to run a token distance. However, Phillip managed to do 4 chin-ups. He has chance of passing this IPPT if he passed his 2.4km and asked me to pace him. Even though I've failed, I can still do with the work out, so I decide to go for it. I managed a 12:35, and Phillip got 12:32. Phillip clocks a faster time because I started 10 seconds before him but I waited for him to run together. The passing time for this station is 13:00. This timing is useless for me, but Phillip passed his IPPT, so things are not too bad. I'll just try again.

How do you people normally split the taxi bills when you share cab with friends. Normally what me and my friends do is just take the final bill and divide equally. Unless we live in very different directions, most of the time it works out to cost saving for all parties. However, I ever share a cab from Chinatown with a friend who lives in Jurong. We are definitely travelling in the same direction, but Jurong is actually quite far. It would have cost me $10 if I took the cab myself, but the total bill that night is $20+. So I ended paying about $11. The money is a small issue, but it just do not feel right.
Anyway, 1 day, I went to some party at my friend's place in Yishun. I left after midnight and have to take a cab home. Normally, it would take me about $25 to reach home. But I saw another friend flagging for a cab too. Although it's not directly on the way, but if we are to share a cab, it is only a slight detour to her place. Definitely worth it to share. So I took her cab.
When the cab reach her place, it's about $10.80 and she paid me $10 which I happily accepts. t that moment in time, I only thought that she saved $0.80. When it reach my place, it's about $26. Minus her $10, I saved about $9. I was glad that I share the cab with her.
Now the question is, should I have taken only $5 from her? Is it fair that I save $9 while she saved only $0.80. Some says that we should split the savings. But some says that to her, whether I am in the cab do not change anything for her. It's still the same route. There's no inconvenience for her at all. Whereas for me, I sacrifised a bit of time.
Anyway, the $5 does not matters to me. Noe did she ask me for the $5. I am just interested in what other people think.

My friend was offered a tuition job recently. a 18 yr old Sec 3 guy who just underwent circumcision and is on a long MC. His mum doesn't want him to lag behind his peers, hence the tuition.
The catch is that he may not be wearing any bottoms while having lessons. And she is supposed to apply some medication to his penis before and after tuition!!! How come my parents never arrange such good tuition for me
No prizes for correctly guessing if she took up the assignment.

The 3rd went out alright, but it took too long and causes me to be late for the 4th.
The 4th meeting did not go on too well. I am not equiped with enough information for it. The 5th meeting did not go very well either. A very large spanner is thrown into the works and affected a lot of stuff that we wanted done.
The last meeting did not go too well either. Again, I was not equipped with enough information.
To make it worse, I had a white board which is supposed to mount on the wall behind me, but the contractor had to arrive when me was at the meetings, and he mount it at the wrong place.
2 good thing out of the day is that I left my staff pass and book in the toilet and someone found it and returned to me. And of course, the last meeting of the day, a dinner gathering with Crystal, Sharon, Thierry, Clarice, Wizardman and Ivy.

This time, I head down a ball into space which allows Sim to chase into the box and subsequently fouled. Sam converted the penalty for our only goal of the game.

Before going, we have to take some immunisation jabs. 1 of it is the Tatanus jab. I was told that the validity for it is 10 years. So if we had taken 1 during the past 10 years, we don't have to take it again. I remembered I had taken it during army time, so I am safe there.
Then I realise that army is more than 10 years ago...
